FULFILLMENT TIME

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Order total between $0-$50 - $8 SHIPPING

Order total between $50.01-$100 - $12 SHIPPING

Order total between $100.01-$150 - $15 SHIPPING

Order total between $150.01-$200 - $20 SHIPPING

Order total between $200.01-$250 - $25 SHIPPING

Order total between $250.01-$300 - $30 SHIPPING

Order total between $300.01-$399 - $35 SHIPPING

 

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly offer you a replacement or refund on any eligible merchandise within 20 days of receiving the item. 

 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact a member of our team via email at info@biancaecklunddesign.com. All damages or defects must be reported immediately for claim filing purposes. It is required to provide photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label in addition to a detailed description of the problem in order to file a claim with our vendors. We will work diligently to reach resolution.
